01About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or book any service from ANJV Services. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

02Our services

We provide AC general service, deep cleaning, repair, installation and uninstallation for residential and commercial customers in Trichy & Surrounding Areas.

03Bookings & appointments

• Bookings can be made by phone or WhatsApp.
• Appointment times are confirmed based on technician availability.
• We will inform you as early as possible if there is any delay.
• Please let us know in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

04Pricing & payment

• Service charges are shared with you before the work begins.
• Spare parts, gas refilling and extra materials are charged separately, only after your approval.
• Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

05Inspection & repairs

Our technician will inspect the AC and explain the problem. Some faults may need spare parts to be ordered or an additional visit. We will not carry out any extra work without your approval.

06Customer responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the indoor and outdoor units.
• Ensure a working power supply at the service location.
• Share accurate details about the AC and the problem.
• Have an adult present during the service visit.

07Warranty

Any warranty on our workmanship will be explained at the time of service. Spare parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power fluctuations or repairs done by others.

08Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage caused by electrical faults at the premises, or any indirect loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
